ACUK Pioneer Centre School Trips
Established in 1961, NAYC knows youth work, this is the foundational approach behind the welcome experienced at our three Midlands based residential outdoor education and adventure centres.
There's a centre to suit you and your students nearby.
Pioneer Activity Centre, adjacent to the Wyre Forest near Cleobury Mortimer in North Worcestershire set the standard for school residential provision and was the model for our sister centre in Staffordshire. With its all-under-one-roof flexible en-suite accommodation and imaginative adventure provision this Canadian themed centre has schools returning year after year.
Why are ACUK great for School Trips and Educational Visits?
• Private and secure accommodation whether you are a class of 12 or a year group 200+ pupils.
• Accommodation that is self contained or immediately adjacent to your class mates with a meeting room large enough for everyone to meet together.
• Private activity sessions where only your class or school work together enjoying themselves, thereby encouraging self-esteem and promoting community within your school.
• Modern accommodation that achieves the highest of safety standards ensuring teachers can relax, secure in the knowledge their children are safe and secure (no ground floor windows to escape through).
• Your own dedicated tables at each meal ensuring your group benefit from the experience of sitting down and eating together.

"This was the second time we've taken a class to the Pioneer Centre and it never fails to please us. The place is very well organised, has lots of activities to choose from and the price is very reasonable too. One thing I can say for sure is that we will be going here again."
