Team building Communication is a key life skill, working as a team to create a continuous ball roll, keeping equilibrium on the balance table and solving the maze conundrum are impossible without developing key skills such as communication, listening & leadership.

Teamwork and resilience All of our activities require children and young people to work as a team, developing the communication skills, working together to achieve a common goal.

Who are Oaker Wood Leisure?
Outdoor activity operator specialising in Team Building events which we bring to your school.
Cut down on expensive coach costs and we will come to you. A morning of Team Building activities to encourage communication and cooperation - activities developed with social distancing embedded into the programme.
In the afternoon we offer sessions for each year group on our Inflatable It's a Knock Out & Total Wipe Out Courses. This can be offered as Interhouse, or we will take each class bubble independently with full sanitisation of the course between bubbles.
Cost depend on school location and size of group.
