Quick Overview - If your school is in the Midlands and you don't want to travel to enjoy a day of adventure, Oaker Wood Leisure can bring It's a Knock Out style inflatable challenges to your school - perfect for house competitions, induction days or activity weeks and reward days. These outrageously fun activities will get students competing, and working together across a series of challenges. Team building at your school is a great way to get your pupils out of their comfort zone and supporting each other on team tasks.Our Team Building games are design to encourage communication & Team Work. Great for new pupils, as it gives them the opportunity to develop skills and forge friendships outside of the classroom environment.

Team Building Workshop
At Oaker Wood Leisure, teamwork is at the heart of every activity. Set in an inspiring outdoor environment, the centre provides a unique opportunity for groups to develop communication, trust, and cooperation away from everyday distractions. Whether tackling high ropes, completing woodland challenges, or solving team-based tasks, participants quickly learn the value of supporting each other and working toward a shared goal.
Each activity encourages individuals to step outside their comfort zones while relying on their teammates for guidance and motivation. Groups must listen carefully, plan effectively, and make joint decisions-key skills that transfer directly into school, work, and personal life. Instructors guide teams through the process, highlighting strengths, offering feedback, and helping participants reflect on what makes a group function successfully.
By the end of the experience, teams leave us with stronger relationships, improved problem-solving abilities, and a deeper understanding of how collaboration leads to success. It's a fun, active, and memorable way to build stronger, more confident teams.

Who are Oaker Wood Leisure?
Outdoor activity operator specialising in Team Building events which we bring to your school.
Cut down on expensive coach costs and we will come to you. A morning of Team Building activities to encourage communication and cooperation - activities developed with social distancing embedded into the programme.
In the afternoon we offer sessions for each year group on our Inflatable It's a Knock Out & Total Wipe Out Courses. This can be offered as Interhouse, or we will take each class bubble independently with full sanitisation of the course between bubbles.
Cost depend on school location and size of group.
Every enquiry gives you a chance to win trips and workshops for your school - We are giving away a free trip for every week of the Autumn term!
