We are an LOtC accredited centre and pride ourselves on our ability to unearth and nurture talent and abilities. At the same time we make sure that there are lots of adrenaline packed and fun activities to keep everyone entertained.Our staff are qualified to the highest standard, holding national governing body qualifications, ensuring the safety of all those on site. The staff take great pride in delivering fun and amazing programmes to every young person they meet.
The Activity Day:
From setting up the equipment and running the activities, to packing down at the end of the event, our instructors will lead the day and arrive on site early in order to allow plenty of time to set up the equipment.
A nominated lead instructor will liaise closely with you to ensure full satisfaction with the programme and any last minute changes that may be needed will be factored in with minimal disruption. Full instructions will be provided and health and safety briefings will be delivered before each activity. Risk assessments for all activities are also available upon request.
If you have any concerns regarding your chosen location for the event, our team is more than happy to arrange a site visit prior to booking so that one of our trained members of staff can ensure that you get the most out of your day.

Curriculum topics available: Personal development and resilience, Team building.
We help to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding that pupils need to play a full part in society as active and responsible citizens. Many of our activities require students to cooperate, listen, and become part of a team working towards a common goal. The activities also encourage taking personal responsibility and resilience and the need to push our own personal boundaries.Curriculum topics available: Climbing, Canoeing, Orienteering, Archery, Kayaking.
Our physical activities help improve fitness, coordination and endurance.Curriculum topics available: Healthy Living, Teamwork and resilience.
We aim to develop skills and attributes such as resilience, self-esteem, risk-management, team working and critical thinking through our range of activities. Whether by solving team building puzzles, or just by being part of a school team.What size groups do you cater for?
Up to 150 students at a time

Yes, most of our activities are suitable for children with disabilities
Do you cater for visitors with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We are continually developing programmes and activities to support these groups.
Who are Walesby Forest?

Concerned about the welfare of staff and pupils on a residential trip? Why not book activities at your place with Walesby Forest! Our fully equipped trailers and qualified activity leaders will come to your school, or a venue of your choice and run a fantastic activity day for groups of all sizes and people of all ages.
Our team will travel to any organisation within 50 miles of Walesby and provide all of the equipment needed for one of our exciting activity days. If your school is further away, overnight accommodation will need to be included for all staff to allow for the early start, setting up and preparing for the day ahead.
All of the activities are suitable for a multitude of people and variety of different events.
