One Day is a forward-thinking creative education company, connecting children and learning with creativity and imagination. In this drama workshop, your pupils will use role play and fun activities to discover how best to stay safe while using the internet, both in school and at home. Using well-known fairytales for KS1 or heroes and villains for KS2, children will leave equipped with top tips on how to conquer any tricky situations they may encounter online.
In this Into the Screen workshop, your class will have the opportunity to express ideas and feelings through voice, movement, role play and drama. In addition, they will:
✨ Learn how to use the internet safely and responsibly
✨ Explore the importance of keeping personal information private
✨ Examine the relationship between the online world and the real world
✨ Find out where to go for help and support
We can deliver workshops to up to 4 classes in a school day, depending on the type of workshop and age group of the classes involved. Each session caters for a maximum of 35 children.
Absolutely! Drama is a wonderfully inclusive way for children with SEN to access learning. Please let us know of any specific needs or requirements before your day and we can adapt our sessions to fit.
You can also join One Day online and stream creativity straight into your classroom with Uno
