What activities are available during this school workshop?
Each session will include a short introduction to the style and warm-up, and then your pupils will learn a routine and section of the book they are learning about.

Fairy tales Myths and Legends Storytelling World Book Day
Our World Book Day workshop will add a layer of learning, and really brings books to life. Unlocking English, Drama and Dance to it's full potential.

Your pupils will perform certain parts of the book, or act through movement and music that link to the various books.

Our workshops help many pupils with team building and depending on the chosen style will include partner work.
Dance

We bring the chosen subject and style to life, through dance. Dance helps boost wellbeing, gets children active and moving in an inclusive setting, none contact and no competition, it will unlock a different side to many children.

Listening to Music
We explore the rhythm of the music for the chosen style and the dance steps delivered are broken down into manageable chunks, building on the choreography.
Physical Education

Our workshops get your pupils moving, helping with PE in a none traditional way, it's a great way to get pupils active who don't always enjoy PE.

We promote healthy living as our workshops encourage your pupils to be active, and incorporate teamwork through dance.
What size groups do we cater for?
From experience, up to 30 pupils per session work best. You can have up to 8x 30-minute sessions (during a full day) or increase the duration and reduce the number of sessions.
Group sizes can be discussed when you send through your requirements.
Groups with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)
Yes, all of our styles can be adapted to SEND pupils and settings.

We will take your requirements and work with you to build your ideal Dance Day, and you can include many of our styles or focus on a particular style.
The timetable can be flexible and include a mix of 30 to 60-minute sessions, depending on the number of classes or year groups taking part.
